She brings with her over 10 years of customer service experience and prides herself on her ability to connect with people and ensure they walk away with a smile and a positive experience.

Keena has lived in the Wenatchee Valley for over 20 years and is a big advocate in supporting local businesses. In her spare time, you can find her enjoying local eateries and wineries with friends, being active outdoors, and spending quality time with her husband and grown children.
